Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property. After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. No eating in the pool. No food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes. No pets allowed.
