The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, ensuring restful nights, while the open living and dining spaces connect seamlessly to the terrace, inviting you to enjoy indoor-outdoor living at its finest. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom, shower, TV, A/C, toiletries & walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom, shower, TV, A/C, toiletries & closet. Bedroom 3: Two (2) Queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, shower, TV, A/C, toiletries & closet. Includes: Daily housekeeping, breakfast preparation (groceries not included), use of one 6-seater golf cart, concierge services, and Premier Golf Punta Mita Membership. (Access fee apply) Please note: Gratuities for the staff are not included and are kindly recommended based on your experience. Las Marietas is a sought-after community known for its prime location and tranquil surroundings. Within Punta Mita, you’ll find pristine white sandy beaches, lush landscapes, and exclusive amenities. The nearby beach clubs—Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi Ocean Club, and El Surf Club—offer exceptional dining, pools, and ocean access. This is where sophistication meets natural beauty. Please note that the only available method of payment is via wire transfer. One-night refundable security deposit required. Cancellation policy: Customer may cancel its reservation before 90 days prior to their arrival and receive a refund of the 70% of paid total rent amount, 30% percent will not be refundable. If cancellation notice is given with less than 30 days, all sums paid by Customer shall be NONREFUNDABLE. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and exit the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify any damage or incident on the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed; we ask that noise levels be kept moderate. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Standing on the lounge chairs with shoes on is not allowed. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within Punta Mita. No pets allowed.
