This second-floor apartment, accessible by elevator or stairs, is characterized by its elegant and comfortable design. With three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it ensures privacy and comfort for all guests. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1 Master Suite: One (1) King size bed, En-suite bathroom, 4K flatscreen TV with Netflix & Apple TV, Sonos Sound system, ocean views. Bedroom 2 Master Suite: One (1) King size bed, En-suite bathroom with free standing tub, 4K flatscreen TV with Netflix & Apple TV Sonos Sound system, ocean views. Bedroom 3: Two (2) Queen beds, En-suite bathroom, 4K flatscreen TV with Netflix & Apple TV, Sonos Sound system. In addition a $1,500 USD security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 30 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Easter) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Suitable for infants (less than 2). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
