Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. The method of payment available is via wire transfer and one-night reimbursable security deposit required. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival: The client may cancel their reservation at any time by providing written notice. In this case, a 20% penalty of the total stay will apply. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival: Reservations are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: A) Safety risk: If the client’s life is in imminent danger due to violent disturbances in the area, they may cancel or reschedule their stay for future use within 12 months, maintaining the same paid season. B) Third-party transfer: If the client finds a replacement guest for their reserved dates and the agency approves it, the amounts already paid will be transferred to the new guest. The client is responsible for recovering these funds from the replacement guest. C) Property uninhabitable: If the property becomes partially or fully uninhabitable due to force majeure, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years old). Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. From 10 p.m. onwards, loud music is not permitted, and we request that noise levels be kept moderate. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
