Each of its three carefully designed bedrooms has its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The living room extends to a generous furnished terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors. Bedroom 3: Two (2) Queen size beds, extra-large ensuite bathroom with 2 rain showers, Smart TV, desk, A/C and ceiling fan, room safe, furnished deck. The method of payment available is via wire transfer, in addition a $1500 USD refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 30 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Easter) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Suitable for infants (under 2 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. From 10 pm, no loud music is allowed, and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
