Nestled in the Las Marietas community, within the gates of Punta Mita, this exclusive destination boasts white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Punta Mita is renowned for its luxurious amenities and natural beauty, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication. Security deposit required of $1,500 USD upon arrival at the property as a pre-authorization on a credit card. Cancellation Policy: For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. House rules: After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.
