Additionally, a one-night refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Cancellation policy: For cancellations 90 days or less preceding the arrival date there will be no refund, unless the agency is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled. In case of a new rent a 20% charge over the total rental will be charged as a penalty and therefore is non-refundable. All cancellations will be subject to a penalty charge of 20% of the total rental sum. For cancellations during the holiday seasons a non-refund policy is in place and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates.
