Oceanica 832 is a spacious two-bedroom condo in Playa Flamingo with sensational ocean views. Located on the sixth floor of Building C of the Oceanica Condominium in the heart of Playa Flamingo, this 1,367-square-foot (127.00 m²), single-story condo is only a short walk from the sandy shores of Playa Flamingo and has an elevator to access the condo. Oceanica 832 features an open-concept floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is decorated with comfortable couches and chairs, tropical artwork, and a flat-screen TV. However, most notably, the living room opens to a tiled balcony with custom-made wood furniture, a granite cocktail bar, a ceiling fan, and ambient lighting. The balcony offers spectacular panoramic views of the beach, mountains, and marina in Playa Flamingo — especially during sunrise and sunset! The fully equipped kitchen features high-end granite countertops, Costa Rican wood cabinets and drawers stocked with cooking supplies, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, and an electric stove. In addition to the stylish Costa Rican wood dining table, which can seat six guests, the breakfast bar at the kitchen countertop can seat two people. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and two nightstands. The unit also has a sliding glass door that leads to a shaded balcony with ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom has two twin beds, spacious bathroom with venting window, a dresser, a bedside table, and two shaded balconies. Between the two bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room, the unit can sleep six guests. Oceanica 832 has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. As a guest at Oceanica 832, you will also be able to enjoy the community’s amenities, including an infinity pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping overlooking the ocean, comfortable pool loungers, a covered rancho lounge space, and a BBQ area with a grill and picnic tables. The gated community offers 24/7 security, guest parking, and an elevator. No Pets Policy: Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Oceanica: Residential Towers in Flamingo Near Two Beaches Oceanica is a condominium complex in downtown Flamingo with three multi-story towers that provide incredible views of bays to the north and south. At six or seven floors, these are the tallest buildings in Flaming, giving most of the units gorgeous balcony views of Brasilito Bay, while some can also see Potrero Bay on the other side of the North Ridge. The luxury condominiums here have all the comforts you would expect, including air conditioning, gourmet kitchens with granite counters, washers and dryers, barbecue grills and walk-in closets. And fortunately for those on the upper floors, there’s also an elevator. Oceanica is a short walk from the main downtown area (though it’s a pretty steep uphill walk to get back). It’s also a short walk to two beaches — Flamingo Beach on one side and Potrero on the other. Oceanica has a boomerang-shaped swimming pool with an ocean view and shaded lounge chairs, surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants.
