Casa Lilliana is a stunning five-bedroom home located within walking distance of the sandy shores of Playa Flamingo β one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. This two-story house has recently been renovated with new furniture and decor for a comfortable, inviting stay on Flamingoβs North Ridge. This beautiful propertyβs highlight is its expansive outdoor oasis, complete with a sparkling private swimming pool with a waterslide, a pool deck with lounge chairs and lush landscaping, a shaded deck with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill, and a lovely wood sundeck with lawn games and a built-in firepit. Casa Lilliana can sleep up to ten guests in the main home across five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a shaded balcony with a pool view, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms β one of them also includes a balcony β and the fifth has a queen-sized bed. The main living area offers a spacious open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room, located at the base of the stairs, is furnished with two comfortable couches with throw pillows, two recliners, a coffee table, and a TV. The gourmet chefβs kitchen features a spacious, minimalist design, with white cabinets, black stone countertops, a stylish black and white backsplash, and a wrap-around breakfast bar that seats six. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The eight-seat dining table is situated right next to the kitchen. Casa Lilliana also comes with a stand-alone apartment you can rent with the main property for an additional fee, which includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a shaded terrace with beanbag chairs, a wine fridge, and spectacular views of Playa Flamingo. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences. A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where thereβs an excellent private school called La Paz. Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marieβs, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelinaβs, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 OβClock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, youβll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store. Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
