Designed for up to 16 guests, this private retreat blends modern architecture with coastal elegance, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living, direct beach access, and a spectacular 18-meter infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The villa features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, including four ocean-view suites with king beds and private terraces, one garden-view room with two queen beds, and a bunk room ideal for children or teens. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom. Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, Casa Iyari 2 offers expansive living and dining areas, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a private cinema, game room, bowling lanes, gym with steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and a rooftop lounge with fire pit and panoramic sunset views. Your stay includes a dedicated team with concierge service, private chef, waitstaff, and daily housekeeping, along with access to Punta Mita’s world-class amenities, including golf courses, beach clubs, spa, and fine dining—all within the privacy of your own oceanfront villa. Iyari is an exclusive gated community on Punta Mita’s north-facing coastline, overlooking the beautiful Litibú Bay. Surrounded by lush landscapes, it offers privacy, tranquility, and stunning ocean views. Just a few steps away from Kupuri Beach Club, and direct beach access. Security deposit equivalent to one night required upon arrival at the property as a pre-authorization hold on guests' credit card. Dinner service ends at 10:00 p.m., should you require additional time this can be arranged through Concierge at an additional cost. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation Policy: Cancel 60 days or more before check-in to receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and applicable taxes. Cancellations made 59–30 days before check-in will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 29 days of check-in are non-refundable. House rules: After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Suitable for children (2–12 years). No pets allowed.
