Located in the heart of Punta Mita, the TAU Residences community offers tranquility, security, and easy access to the best the region has to offer. Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. The method of payment available is via wire transfer. A one-night refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Cancellation policy: For cancellations 90 days or less preceding the arrival date there will be no refund, unless the agency is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled. In case of a new rent a 20% charge over the total rental will be charged as a penalty and therefore is non-refundable. All cancellations will be subject to a penalty charge of 20% of the total rental sum. For cancellations during the holiday seasons a non-refund policy is in place and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Suitable for infants (under 2 years). Check-in and check-out at designated times. Immediately notify us of any damage or incident on the property. Guests are allowed as long as we are notified in advance. No loud music is allowed after 10 PM, and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. No eating in the pool. Do not step on the sofas with shoes. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. No pets allowed.
