The modern, well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious dishes. This condo, located in a peaceful and exclusive environment, is the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and create unforgettable memories under the Punta Mita sun. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and outdoor shower. Bedroom 2: Two (2) full size beds, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bedroom 3: Two (2) full size beds, ensuite bathroom and shower. Included with your stay: - Daily housekeeping - Breakfast preparation (food and beverages not included) - Use of one 6-seater golf car - Concierge services - Premier Golf Punta Mita Membership (Access fee apply) Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received. Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. The method of payment available is via wire transfer and one-night reimbursable security deposit required. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival: The client may cancel their reservation at any time by providing written notice. In this case, a 20% penalty of the total stay will apply. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival: Reservations are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: A) Safety risk: If the client’s life is in imminent danger due to violent disturbances in the area, they may cancel or reschedule their stay for future use within 12 months, maintaining the same paid season. B) Third-party transfer: If the client finds a replacement guest for their reserved dates and the agency approves it, the amounts already paid will be transferred to the new guest. The client is responsible for recovering these funds from the replacement guest. C) Property uninhabitable: If the property becomes partially or fully uninhabitable due to force majeure, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years old). Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. From 10:00 p.m. onwards, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating by the pool is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
