Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting. A $1,500 USD security deposit is required and the method of payment is via wire transfer only prior to arrival. This deposit will be held as a security measure and is fully refundable after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. *This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.
