Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and the person making the reservation must stay the entire stay. Absolutely No house parties. No smoking, No pets, no motorcycles, No golf carts. . HOA RULES APPLY TO ALL GUESTS. Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. Main Bedroom - 1 King Bed with full bath and sliding glass door to oceanfront balcony Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin Beds Enjoy the ocean view with sliding glass doors from the kitchen and living room to the oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has a view of the town and marsh. High speed wireless internet. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, stack Washer/Dryer 2 Cable TV, 2 smart TV's and DVD Players. NON-Smoking NO Pets NO Motorcycles, golf carts or trailers. Home does not rent during the winter season.** The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
