Lovely living area and plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Sheets and towels are included. Beach towels are not. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. 5 TV's, 1 DVD player and wireless internet. Rinse off with the outdoor shower under the house. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
