Lovely living area and plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Sheets and towels are included. Beach towels are not. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. 5 TV's, 1 DVD player and wireless internet. Rinse off with the outdoor shower under the house. Main Bedroom - 1 King Bedroom 2 - 1 King Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bedroom 4 - 1 Double & Twin bunk No Smoking - No Motorcycles/Trailers Allowed Pet Friendly (under 40lbs) Pet fee Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owner's expense. Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
