The main bedroom has an ocean front balcony with a king size bed Bedroom 2 has a king size bed Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds Guests can get to the Market Common in just a few minutes which has lots of fun activities to do like restaurants, bars, shopping, bowling, and the movies! The Myrtle Beach International Airport is also just a couple minutes away making your ride to and from your stay quick and easy (if you choose to fly in). Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old. This means that there must be someone 25 or older staying at the property during the entirety of the trip. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
