You have plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and kitchen accessories you need to cook in while on vacation. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the bathroom area. You can spend some time doing some front porch sitting and listen as the waves crash along the shore or people watch along Ocean Boulevard. Another way to beat the heat is to check out the pool located across the street. If you love lounging and playing on the beach all day and enjoy long walks on the beach in evening, you don’t want to miss out on this piece of heaven. This condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer or a dishwasher ***Parking available for one vehicle only in designated space*** ~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~ The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided. House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
