Casa Querencia is a beach/hill property that comprises three lots, offering not only a stay but an experience that intertwines luxury, comfort, and adventure. The house features spacious living areas and bedrooms, each uniquely designed to provide ultimate comfort and privacy. The Green and Red Master Suites, along with the Turquoise, Orange, Bunk, and Casita rooms, are sanctuaries of peace, offering captivating ocean views, luxurious bathrooms, and private terraces. Additional sleeping arrangements include a loft above the media room and convertible sofas, ensuring ample space for large groups or multiple families. Bedroom Configuration: Green Master Suite: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, walk-in closet, A/C, 180-degree views with a wrap-around terrace, office. Red Master Suite: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, A/C, outdoor terrace. Turquoise Bedroom: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower and tub, A/C, outdoor terrace Orange Bedroom: 2 Queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, A/C, outdoor terrace Bunk Bedroom: 2 Double size beds, 2 bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, A/C, outdoor terrace (sleeps 6). Casita del Mar: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower and outdoor bathtub, A/C, private outdoor terrace Casita del Jardín: 2 Queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower and outdoor bathtub, A/C, private outdoor terrace Punta Mita is an exclusive tourist destination located on the Mexican Pacific coast, known for its natural beauty and luxurious facilities. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, this enclave offers a paradisiacal experience for travelers seeking rest and sophistication. Among its prominent attractions are world-class golf courses, such as the famous Pacifico Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as top-notch surfing experiences on the region's waves. This captivating destination invites visitors to enjoy a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, where natural beauty harmoniously combines with luxury and relaxation. Please note that the deposit may vary, it equals one night's stay. In addition, there is an estimated $2,000 USD deposit for food purchases required by the villa. Tip for the staff is not included, and we recommend cash if you wish to tip. Cancellation policy: With regards to the initial deposit, there is a policy of no reimbursement. The second deposit and the security deposit are required to be made no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the Guest cancels 60 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival, there shall be a penalty of 20% of the second deposit, and the remaining 80% of the second deposit, plus the security deposit, shall be reimbursed to the Guest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of cancellation 60 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival during high season (holiday weekends in the United States and Mexico, Easter Week, and the Christmas/New Year holiday period), there is a no-refund policy in place. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (under 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
