One-night refundable security deposit required. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion, but is always appreciated by our staff. Cancellation policy: Renter may cancel and receive a refund of seventy percent (70%) of any Rent payments made hereunder and one hundred percent (100%) of the Security Deposit, provided written notice is delivered to the Owner no less than 90 days prior to the Rental Term. If notice of cancellation is received with less than 90 days’ notice, all sums paid by Renter hereunder shall be nonrefundable. However, if the Premises is rendered uninhabitable due to acts of the Owner, casualty loss, act of God, or similar causes during the Rental Term, then Renter may either: (a) receive a full refund of all monies paid for the portion of the Rental Term during which the Premises is uninhabitable, or (b) reschedule such portion of the Rental Term. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
