One-night refundable security deposit is required. A food and beverage deposit for pre-stocking will be required by the House Concierge based on menu selection. Cancellation Policy: Guest may cancel its reservation before 90 days prior to their arrival and receive a refund of the 30% of paid total rent amount, 70% percent will not be refundable. If Guest prrovides less than 30 days notice, all sums paid by Guest shall be NONREFUNDABLE. House Rules: Suitable for infants (under 2). Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask you to keep a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. No food in the bedrooms. No eating in the pool. No pets allowed.
