Gratuity is at the guest's discretion and always greatly appreciated by the villa’s staff Cancellation policy: For cancellations 90 days or less preceding the arrival date, there will be no refund unless the agency is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled. In case of a new rent, a 20% charge over the total rental will be applied as a penalty and is therefore non-refundable. All cancellations will be subject to a penalty charge of 20% of the total rental sum. For cancellations during the holiday seasons, a non-refund policy is in place, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2 years). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. The maximum capacity is 14 adults, with up to 4 additional children (up to 12 years old) allowed. No pets allowed.
