Please note that the only available method of payment is via wire transfer. A security deposit of $8,000 USD is required. A deposit for food and beverages is required. Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation outside the Christmas, New Year, and Easter seasons, Casa Roka will reimburse the customer as follows: -If the cancellation is made at least 60 (sixty) days prior to the arrival date, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount paid up to that date, including the security deposit, will be refunded. -If the cancellation is made within 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. -For the Christmas, New Year, and Easter seasons, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. If a cancellation occurs during these periods, no refunds will be granted. However, if the cancellation is due to weather or security reasons, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount paid up to that date, including the security deposit, will be refunded. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
