40 m² open-plan: kitchen, table and living room in a single space, with the closed bedroom and the terrace along the front. Bedroom King bed with bedside tables, a lamp and the desk, and its own door out to the terrace. Extra beds Two single beds sit in the shared living room, made up with towels on arrival. They are part of that open space, not a second bedroom, which is worth knowing before booking for four. Living and dining A sofa, a floor lamp and a Smart TV with cable, beside a window onto the building's garden. Meals happen at the kitchen bar. Kitchen Built-in oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses and wine glasses on open shelves. Bathroom One full bathroom with a glass-screened shower, a mirrored vanity unit and a towel rail. Terrace Glass-railed, with a table, chairs and wicker armchairs. In the building Heated indoor pool with changing rooms, gardens, a bike rack, a laundry room, a lobby, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
