About the Home
40 m² arranged over two levels, with the living area, kitchen and bathroom below and the bed above. Bedroom · Mezzanine: double bed with bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe, looking down into the living room. Bathroom · One full bathroom with a shower, a washbasin unit, a WC and a hairdryer. A laundry corner with a washing machine shares the room. Living and dining Yellow sofa with cushions, a low coffee table and a round table for two set beside the tall window, with a Smart TV on a wooden unit. The round table is where you would open a laptop, and the glazed door opens straight onto the terrace. Kitchen Run along one wall on a granite worktop: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, plus pans, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Terrace Private, decked in wood, with an outdoor table, chairs and plants around it. In the building The gated complex has an outdoor pool, a gym, gardens with footpaths lit at night and an interior square. Underground parking is included.

🏙️ Cerro Alegre, Valparaíso You are on Calle Guillermo Munnich, in the middle of Cerro Alegre, inside the historic centre of Valparaíso that UNESCO declared a World Heritage Site. 🎨 It is the most walkable part of the city: walks with a view over the bay, staircases and murals, and one of the densest concentrations of speciality coffee, restaurants and design shops in Valparaíso. 🌈 Cerro Concepción, the neighbouring hill, is reached on foot from here without transport. 🛒 Corner shops, bakeries, off-licences and pharmacies in the same area. 🌊 From El Plan you reach Muelle Prat, Plaza Sotomayor and the waterfront. It is residential and touristic at once: by day the whole heritage circuit is outside your door, and at night you come back to a quiet building with 24/7 security.
