A 40 m² open-plan studio on the second floor of a heritage building in Barrio Lastarria, with exposed brick, an arched window over the double bed and a proper desk for the working day. Air conditioning cools and heats, and check-in runs 24 hours. The GAM is four minutes on foot and Metro Universidad Católica about five. A good fit for a solo work trip or a couple who plan to explore the centre on foot.

Living and working An armchair, framed prints on the brick, a dining table with a coffee maker to hand, and a desk by the entrance for a laptop. Smart TV for your own streaming accounts (no cable TV). Wi-Fi. Kitchen Dark tiles, hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, pots, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. There is no microwave. In the building A heritage building with a doorman and no lift; the flat is one flight up. No parking in the building, though paid spaces can be arranged a few steps away, subject to availability. Practical Air conditioning with heating mode, an iron, 24-hour check-in and luggage drop-off. The electric water heater gives around nine minutes of hot water, then needs 45 to 60 minutes to recover.

🕒 Check-in and access ✅ In-person check-in at reception: on arrival you present ID for yourself and every registered guest.
