A king bedroom for two, a full bathroom, and an open room where the sofa, the dining table for four and the kitchen sit together. The balcony has two armchairs facing the trees at the side of the building, away from the road. Heated indoor pool downstairs.

Kitchen Fitted along one wall: built-in oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, and dishes, jugs, glasses and wine glasses on open shelves. Bedroom King bed with bedside tables, a Smart TV and clothing storage. Bathroom One full bathroom: glass-screened shower, mirrored vanity unit and a hairdryer. Balcony Small, with two armchairs turned towards the trees at the side of the building. Climate Central heating and air conditioning, which few flats in this building have. In the building Heated indoor pool with changing rooms, a garden, a laundry room, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
