The double bed has its own TV, and the air conditioning heats in winter. It is on the second floor of a heritage building in Lastarria, near the GAM, Cerro Santa Lucía and Metro Universidad Católica. Suited to longer stays and to people who like to cook in.

Smart TV to log in to your own accounts (no cable TV). Wi-Fi. Kitchen Hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, pots, dishes and wine glasses, with a white wardrobe nearby for storage. No microwave. In the building A heritage building with no lift; you reach the second floor by stairs. There is no parking, but paid spaces are available nearby. Practical Air conditioning with heating, an iron, 24-hour check-in and luggage drop-off. The water heater lasts about nine minutes, then takes 45 to 60 minutes to heat up again.

🕒 Check-in and access ✅ In-person check-in at reception: on arrival you present ID for yourself and every registered guest. No exceptions — the building requires it to authorise entry. 🔐 Electronic lock: once you have registered, you get into the apartment with an electronic lock, which is both easier and more secure. 🕐 Check-in available 24 hours a day from 3:00 PM.
