A leather sofa faces the window in the living room, and the terrace runs along the front, reachable from the living room and from the twin bedroom. Central heating, a lift and a 24-hour front desk. Two bathrooms make it easy for two couples or a family of four.

Bathrooms · One with a bathtub, a glass-screened shower, WC and a towel rail. · One with a vanity unit, towels and a hairdryer. Living and dining A leather sofa and a coffee table facing a full-height window, a Smart TV, and the dining table next to the kitchen. Kitchen Open to the dining area: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, with cookware, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses, plus a cleaning cupboard. Terrace Armchairs behind a glass railing, along the front of the apartment. In the building Lift, an inner garden, a lobby and a front desk with 24-hour security. Central heating throughout. Private parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
