Living and dining A two-seater sofa with cushions under wooden shelves and plants, a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable, and a dining table laid for four. Kitchen Open to the dining area: electric oven, hob, sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee set, toaster and blender, with cookware, dishes, mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Balcony Looks onto the planted inner courtyard. In the building Heated indoor pool with loungers, a gym with cardio machines and weights, a hot tub, shared lounges with a fireplace and Smart TVs, a long-table dining room, a barbecue area, a lobby, lift and a front desk. Parking is included within the grounds.
