Bathrooms · One with a bathtub and curtain, WC, vanity unit and a hairdryer. · One with a double washbasin. Living and dining A sofa and armchairs around a round dining table, a Smart TV with cable, and a full-height window onto the garden and the lake. Kitchen Island kitchen with stools: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a French press, plus cookware, dishes, bowls, cutlery and wine glasses. Terrace and garden A private terrace with a table, chairs and armchairs, opening onto a garden of its own, with the lake and the volcano ahead. In the building Lift, a lobby and a front desk with 24-hour security, and central heating. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
