Description
Three bedrooms and six beds in 60 m², with the terrace looking straight out over Lake Llanquihue and the promenade. One room has a king bed, the other two have a pair of single beds each, and of the two bathrooms one has a bathtub for the children. The kitchen island and a round table sit in the middle of the open room, which is where everyone ends up. Heated indoor pool in the building.

Kitchen Built around an island with stools: oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, mugs, glasses and wine glasses on open shelves. Bedrooms · First bedroom: king bed with bedside tables, a Smart TV, a picture window and a wardrobe with shelves, a basket and an ironing board. · Second bedroom: two single beds with bedside tables. · Third bedroom: two single beds with a lamp. Bathrooms · One with a bathtub, a vanity unit and a mirror. · One with a shower, a WC and a hairdryer. Terrace Wicker armchairs, a table and a glass rail, straight out over the lake and the promenade. In the building Heated indoor pool, an inner garden, a bike rack, a laundry room, a lobby with a seating area, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
