Villa del Sol is a beautifully designed private residence that seamlessly blends comfort, privacy, and breathtaking natural surroundings. Expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces are filled with natural light and offer panoramic views of the ocean, beach, jungle, and golf course—creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and elevated stay. The villa features 6 well-appointed bedrooms with capacity to accomodate up to 14 guests: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, A/C, and safe • Bedroom 2: Two double beds, ocean view, private terrace, en-suite bathroom, closet, and safe • Bedroom 3: Two double beds, ocean view, TV, en-suite bathroom, closet, and desk • Bedroom 4: Two double beds, ocean view, TV, en-suite bathroom, closet, and desk • Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed, ocean view, TV, desk, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, closet, and safe • Bedroom 6: Queen-size bed, ocean and golf course views, TV, en-suite bathroom, and closet Additionally, a TV room with two twin beds and a full bathroom provides a flexible space ideal for children or extra guests. Perched on an elevated hillside, Las Vistas is one of Punta Mita’s most coveted enclaves, known for its breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay, and the iconic Marietas Islands. This low-density, ultra-private community is designed to maximize natural beauty, with homes thoughtfully positioned to capture spectacular sunsets and ocean breezes. A security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. House Rules: -No Smoking. -No pets allowed. -Suitable for children (2-12 years). -Suitable for infants (less than 2). -Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. -Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. -Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. -Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. -After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. -Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. -Eating is not allowed in the pool. -Do not put food in the bedrooms. -No shoes on sofas.
