There is a $35 per vehicle gate fee. • Stairs: The home has stairs (please see photos). • Community amenities (pool, grills, courts) are shared within Sea Pines. • Pool: The pool is open April 1 to October 31 and it is not heated. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan; accordingly, evidence of pets may require an additional cleaning. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
