Welcome to your Sea Pines retreat on Hilton Head Island. This 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 8 and offers easy access to beaches, golf, Harbour Town, and the Carolina Place community amenities. Set in the quiet, gated Carolina Place neighborhood within Sea Pines, this bright and comfortable home is ideal for families and groups. With four sleeping areas and three full bathrooms, everyone has space to relax. The primary suite features a king bed, private sitting area, and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower. A second guest suite offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bath. A third bedroom with two twin beds is served by a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, a fun loft with two twin beds is accessed by a spiral staircase—great for older kids. Outside your door, you’re minutes from beaches, bike paths, golf, and the community pool, hot tub, and courts. Parking is easy with space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway or garage. No additional parking beyond what’s described. • Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. A $150 per Pet. If you have not already included your pet in your reservation at the time of booking, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. • Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets. • The upper loft is accessed by a spiral staircase; stairs are required to use this sleeping space. • Guests have access to Carolina Place community amenities including the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling stations. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
