This 4-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 10 and puts you about five minutes from the beach, Coligny Plaza, and Celebration Park—with a hot tub and a complimentary golf cart to explore the island. No additional on-site parking is available beyond what’s described. • Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available. • Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs (max 75 lbs each) are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. • Security cameras: Four exterior-only cameras—one at the front door, one on the left side near the second front door, and two at the back of the house facing the backyard. Cameras monitor exterior/common areas only. • Golf cart: Complimentary use is included; a waiver must be completed prior to use. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance; if the home is ready before 4:00 PM, you’ll be notified automatically. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, not guaranteed, and may incur additional fees. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included. • Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
