With three bedrooms and two full baths plus a half bath, it comfortably hosts up to 10 guests. The communal outdoor pool is a great spot to cool off after a day on the island, and the golf course setting provides a serene backdrop. Before driving to the unit, please stop at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office to the left of the main gate (16 Queens Folly Road) to pick up your pass(es). • This is a two-story home—stairs are required to access the bedrooms. • Private laundry is available during your stay. • This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
