Before driving to the unit, please stop at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office to the left of the main gate (16 Queens Folly Road) to pick up your pass(es). • This is a two-story home—stairs are required to access the bedrooms. • Private laundry is available during your stay. • This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
