You’ll have two living rooms to spread out, Smart TVs for movie nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi with a laptop-friendly workspace for those who need to check in at work. Central air and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and self check-in via keypad makes arrivals a breeze. Laundry is convenient with a private, coin-operated washer and dryer (bring quarters). When you’re ready for sunshine, you’ll have access to a communal outdoor pool (details in Important Things to Note). Street parking is not permitted per HOA and vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing. No additional parking beyond what’s described. • Stairs: This is a 2-story property; stairs are required. • Laundry: Private, coin-operated washer and dryer are available (please bring quarters). • Backyard & Construction: The backyard area is unavailable until further notice due to construction of a new private pool. • Communal Pool: Guests have access to a communal outdoor pool. Availability, hours, and access are managed by the HOA and may vary by season and are subject to change. • Pets: No pets are permitted at this home. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
