The Master and Guest Residences, along with the Garden Suites, provide opulent accommodations for up to nine couples or four families, featuring a mix of king beds, accessible rooms, and breathtaking views. The property's standout features include a top-suite Sol Suite with a jacuzzi and rooftop terrace, ocean views, and direct access to a pristine swimmable beach. Bedroom Configuration: Master Residence: 1. Sol Suite: 1 King bed – Top suite with outdoor terrace, jacuzzi, balcony, study and rooftop terrace. 2. El Mar: 1 King bed (or Two Full Size Beds) – Ground floor with ocean view. 3. La Tierra: 1 King bed – Ground floor, wheel chair accessible with direct access to the shallow portion of the swimming pool. Guest Residence: 4. El Caracol: 1 King bed – Second floor with outdoor veranda, shower, table and chairs. 5. Las Mariposas: 1 King bed (or Two Twins) – Second floor with small veranda 6. Los Delfines: 1 King bed – Ground floor with outdoor veranda shower and chaise lounges. 7. Las Tortugas: 1 King bed (or Two Twins) – Ground floor unit with access to gardens. Garden Suites: 8. El Viento: 1 King bed – Full twin couch and a smaller couch. 9. Las Olas: 2 Queen beds (or 1 King Bed) – Two twin sized couch. Punta Mita is an exclusive tourist destination located on the Mexican Pacific coast, known for its natural beauty and luxurious facilities. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, this enclave offers a paradisiacal experience for travelers seeking rest and sophistication. Among its most notable attractions are world-class golf courses, such as the famous Pacifico Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as top-tier surfing experiences on the region's waves. This captivating destination invites visitors to enjoy a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, where natural beauty harmoniously combines with luxury and relaxation. A 20% on the total rental amount is required as a refundable security deposit. The Nightly Rate includes exclusive use of the 9-bedroom estate, and full time staff of 17 including on-site General Manager and Executive Chef. Guests of Palmasola also enjoy exclusive privileges in the Punta Mita Resort and full access to the Four Seasons Punta Mita. Nightly Rates do not include food & beverage, taxes of 21%, gratuity or activities. Palmasola features a complete Gourmet Culinary Concept, including all food and beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Meals at Palmasola include breakfast, Pool Menu for lunch, midday snacks and dinner that can be either family style or plated. Please note that the Gourmet Culinary Concept is not optional and there is a 6 person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. Non-optional meal plan is $265USD per adult per night, $165 USD per teen (ages 17-12) per night, $100 USD per child (ages 11-3) per night, plus taxes. *Prices subject to change without notice. Gratuity for our dedicated villa staff is at the discretion of our guests and is deeply appreciated. Cancellation Policy: The Initial Deposit, Interim Deposit, Final Deposit and Mexican Taxes are non-refundable to Guest upon Owner’s receipt of such deposits. If Guest provides written notice to Owner of its election to terminate the Agreement, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement guest for the same period as the dates noted in this Agreement, then Owner will refund the Security Deposit to Guest plus any of the other deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives payments from a replacement guest during the applicable period. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
