Inside, you'll find spacious living areas, daily housekeeping, and a kitchen perfect for breakfast preparations (groceries not included). Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: One King size bed, En-suite bathroom with bathtub, two indoor showers and one outdoor shower. Private terrace with golf course view. Bedroom 2: One King size bed, En-suite bathroom with outside shower, indoor shower, and bathtub. Bedroom 3: Two Queen size beds, En-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Includes: Daily housekeeping, cooking service for breakfast (groceried not included), concierge services, and use of one 6-seater golf cart. Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received. Las Palmas is one of Punta Mita’s most exclusive and peaceful communities, ideal for those seeking privacy and a connection with nature. Surrounded by the Jack Nicklaus Pacífico Golf Course, it offers beautiful views, lush green spaces, and a prime location just steps from the Pacifico Beach Club—perfect for enjoying the beach, dining, and activities in a relaxed setting. Please note that the only available method of payment is via wire transfer. A refundable security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Cancellation Policy: Customers who cancel at least sixty (60) days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount, they’ve paid. Within sixty (60) days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. There are no cancellations during holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and school breaks. This is not an inclusive list. If in doubt, please inquire. All holiday rentals shall be paid in full at time of booking. Travel insurance is recommended. House rules: Suitable for children ages 2-12. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Enter and exit the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify any damage or incident on the property. Loud music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we ask that noise levels be kept to a moderate level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating is not permitted at the pool. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb on the lounge chairs with shoes on. Minors are not permitted to drive vehicles, including golf carts. No pets allowed.
