Casa Esplendor welcomes you with its exquisite blend of elegance and comfort across three master king suites, one featuring an additional bunk bed cove, accommodating up to eight guests. The villa's design includes a skylit sitting room, an open living area, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen, all overlooking the stunning outdoor patios. The exterior boasts a custom pool, an outdoor kitchen, living spaces, and breathtaking views of the golf course fairway, promising magnificent sunset vistas. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2 - One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sink, bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower, and a private patio. Guest Bedroom: Sleeps 2 – One (1) king size bed, attached full bathroom with indoor shower. Bunk Bedroom: Sleeps 4 (2 adults + 2 small children), One (1) King size bed+ bunk bed (2 twin beds), ensuite bathroom with double sink, and indoor shower. Includes: Daily maid service, breakfast preparation Monday - Saturday (food and beverages not included), 6-seater golf cart, concierge services, and a Premier Golf Membership. (Access fee Apply) Please note: Gratuities for the staff are not included and are kindly recommended based on your experience. Las Palmas is one of Punta Mita’s most exclusive and peaceful communities, ideal for those seeking privacy and a connection with nature. Surrounded by the Jack Nicklaus Pacífico Golf Course, it offers beautiful views, lush green spaces, and a prime location just steps from the Pacifico Beach Club—perfect for enjoying the beach, dining, and activities in a relaxed setting. The method of payment is available via wire transfer. A $2,000 USD refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel its reservation before 90 days prior to their arrival and receive a refund of the 70% of paid total rent amount, 30% percent will not be refundable. If cancellation notice is given with less than 30 days, all sums paid by Customer shall be NONREFUNDABLE. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Suitable for infants (under 2 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
