This beautifully appointed home features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, creating the perfect setting for families or small groups. The spacious terrace is the heart of the home, offering a heated pool, sun loungers, and a welcoming lounge area with TV, Sonos sound system, and ping-pong table—ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy al fresco dining while taking in serene views of the golf course and glimpses of the ocean in the distance. Bedroom Configuration: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower, and private patio • Guest Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with indoor shower • Bunk Bedroom: Two queen beds with two single upper bunks, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and indoor shower Included with your stay: • Daily housekeeping service • Breakfast or lunch preparation (Monday–Saturday) (food and beverages not included) • 6-passenger golf cart • Concierge services • Premier Golf Membership (access fees apply) Please note: Gratuities for the staff are not included and are kindly recommended based on your experience. Surrounded by the Jack Nicklaus Pacífico Golf Course, it offers beautiful views, lush green spaces, and a prime location just steps from the Pacifico Beach Club—perfect for enjoying the beach, dining, and activities in a relaxed setting. Please note the method of payment available is via wire transfer only. In addition to the total rent fees a $2,000 USD refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel its reservation before 90 days prior to their arrival and receive a refund of the 70% of paid total rent amount, 30% percent will not be refundable. If cancellation notice is given with less than 30 days, all sums paid by Customer shall be NONREFUNDABLE. House Rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedroom. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Minors without a driver's license cannot drive the golf cart. No pets allowed.
