Welcome to your beachfront base on Hilton Head Island. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 7 and puts you steps from the sand with resort amenities, indoor/outdoor pools, and easy beach access. Settle into a relaxed, beach stay with space for family or friends. The condo offers a comfortable living area for movie nights and game time, plus a sofa bed to expand sleeping options. With two full bathrooms, everyone can easily relax and refresh after a fun day at the beach or pool. Step outside to enjoy the coastal setting with outdoor seating and resort-style amenities, including pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, BBQ grilling areas, and direct beach access. While it’s typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. If unavailable, stairs will be required. • Parking: Stop at the front gate upon arrival to pick up your parking pass. Unassigned parking is available in the lot for up to 2 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional parking beyond what’s described. • Communal Amenities: Pools, hot tub, fitness center, and other resort amenities are shared and managed by the building/HOA. Availability and hours may vary and are subject to maintenance. • Laundry: A laundromat is nearby. Laundry facilities are located on the same floor of the building as the villa. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please reach out before booking with any questions. • Bicycle Rentals available on site • Direct Beach access via 300 yard boardwalk, shuttle runs on seasonally. • Entire complex is pet-free. Regime security will fine you if they see a pet anywhere on property. • Additional Amenities: 6 Tennis courts, badminton/pickelball, steam room, sauna, pool bar/restaurant (seasonally), beach bar/restaurant (seasonally), beach volleyball. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
