Bedrooms · Main bedroom: king bed with bedside tables under a wicker lamp, a Smart TV, and a wardrobe with shelves, a basket and an ironing board. · Second bedroom: two single beds with a Smart TV of their own, so the two rooms run independently in the evening. Bathrooms · One with a vanity unit, a mirror, a WC and a hairdryer. · One with a glass-screened shower and a wooden vanity unit. Living and dining A sofa and coffee table by a full-height window, a Smart TV with cable, and a table for four next to the kitchen that doubles as a place to work on a laptop. Kitchen Open to the dining area: oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a coffee maker and milk frother, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Balcony An armchair and a chair, the lake on one side and the courtyard below on the other. In the building Heated indoor pool, an inner garden with a chess table, a bike rack, a laundry room, a lobby with a seating area, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
