Downstairs, a heated indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk, and the promenade starts at the door.

42 m² on one level, open-plan, with the bedroom to one side and the work corner by the living-room window. Living and dining The desk sits in the corner facing the window, with the afternoon light on it. Beside it, a sofa and a Smart TV with cable. Bedroom King bed next to a picture window, with bedside tables, a Smart TV and a wardrobe with shelves, a basket and an ironing board. Bathroom One full bathroom: glass-screened shower, WC, a vanity unit and a hairdryer. Kitchen Open to the dining area: oven, hob, microwave and fridge, with coffee maker, toaster, blender, a baking tray, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. In the building Heated indoor pool with changing rooms, an inner garden, a laundry room, a lobby with a seating area, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. The path in from the street is lit at night. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
