Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address any questions. Food deliveries are available via shipt.com. Sleeping Capacity: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. However, up to 8 guests are allowed with an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for the 7th and 8th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
