Escape to the perfect retreat just 15 minutes from East Nashville and less than 20 minutes from all of Nashville's major attractions. This spacious home is situated on nearly 2.5 acres, offering ample outdoor space to enjoy during your stay. Close to beautiful Fontanel property in historic Whites Creek, with distillery and extensive hiking trails/dog park. There is a tree line located behind you to give you plenty of privacy. It is especially beautiful in the spring and, with trees all around, you can enjoy the changing of the leaves in Autumn. Important Information: Tiny Guest House: There is a separate tiny guest house on the property that is often occupied by the owner when the main house is rented. Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay applies. Occupancy and Fees: Maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night. Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate if before 11 AM. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability with the following fees: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Party Policy: Strictly no parties allowed. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
