Plenty of workspace, private, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, kayaking, mountain biking...self check-in. Additional side porch with grill No pets, No smoking, and No parties allowed Internet is provided with smart TVs to allow log in and to stream your favorite channels Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). No pets, No smoking, and No parties allowed. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food Delivery: We recommend using Shipt dot com for food deliveries, which will deliver directly to the property. Sleeping Capacity: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. The standard capacity is 5 guests, with an additional guest fee of $5 per person, per night for the 5th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
