A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests) Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Sleeping Capacity: The normal sleeping capacity is 10, but we allow up to 12 guests with an additional charge of $15 per night for the 11th and 12th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or additional needs beyond these initial supplies. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
