Marina Real 13 is an oceanview condo that overlooks the stunning Potrero Bay from Flamingo’s North Ridge. The highlights of this one-bedroom condo include the open-concept layout, community pool, and balcony offering endless views of the lush mountains, sparkling ocean, and the brand-new marina. This top-floor condo boasts a bright, airy open-concept floor plan, featuring a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features high ceilings, a plush couch, a flat-screen TV, and a couple of wooden furniture pieces, including a coffee table and an entertainment center. The living room opens to a balcony with two wooden lounge chairs overlooking the picturesque North Ridge. The vibrant kitchen features a breakfast bar with four wooden barstools and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, and a cooktop. The space has an eye-catching design, highlighted with a bright blue breakfast bar and cabinets, as well as a patterned tile backsplash and geometric light fixtures. Next to the kitchen and living room is a large wooden bench and dining table. The entire condo can sleep a total of four guests between the bedroom and the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The condo’s bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a spacious closet, with a large window to welcome plenty of natural light inside. The unit also includes one bathroom that has a tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a single-sink vanity with marble countertops. The elegant condominium complex, Marina Real, has a stunning Mediterranean-style exterior and is surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests of Marina Real 13 can relax in the sparkling infinity pool, hot tub, and on the scenic pool deck that overlooks the lush greenery in Flamingo and the Flamingo Marina. No Pets Policy: Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences. A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz. Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store. Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
