Marina Cove 612 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo located on the second floor floor of Marina Cove in Flamingo. With direct access to the beach, a spacious, open layout, and upscale finishes throughout, this elegant unit offers stunning views of Potrero Bay and lush tropical gardens just beyond your private terrace. Inside, youβll find a tastefully decorated living space with brand-new, plush furniture, tropical artwork, and a flat-screen TV - perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Large glass doors flood the space with natural light and open directly to a furnished, covered terrace surrounded by manicured greenery and framed by swaying palms. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and backsplash, rich golden-brown cabinetry, a dishwasher, and a large stainless steel refrigerator. Whether youβre cooking a full meal or just enjoying morning coffee, this kitchen makes dining at home a breeze. This spacious condo comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one of which includes a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, making it great for kids or extra guests. All three bathrooms are beautifully finished and have plenty of space and privacy, making this home perfect for families or groups. Guests will enjoy the convenience of air conditioning throughout the home, ceiling fans for added comfort, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. With ocean views, garden access, and direct proximity to the beach, Marina Cove 612 feels more like a private retreat than a rental - many of our guests say it truly feels like home. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences. A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where thereβs an excellent private school called La Paz. Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marieβs, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelinaβs, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 OβClock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, youβll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store. Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
